yay~ my family has officially moved to chai chee.. i kinda like this new place =)) maybe cuz last saturday i prayer-walked in the entire house.. hee. it just feels different from my previous houses.. God, my abba father is now the master of my new home! ^-^ yep! new place, new beginnings, new glory! Amen. =)) mmm.. went for prayer meeting with chews, theresa, aw, ken, khye n jacky this evening @ JW church building.. but before going for P.M, we had dinner together.. at the same time, break fast together.. BAN MIAN DRY!! yums~heh. we've been fasting for 2 tuesdays in a row for our upcoming dance exams.. =) anyways, after dinner, headed to church.. queued up til doors opened..

FANTASTIC! today's P.M felt so much like it was for project o.. haha. yep.. pastor asked those who will be having exams and those who need a breakthru in business to raise their hands.. so all 7 of us did.. then, pastor asked the people arnd those who have raised their hands to pray for them.. hee. so the 7 or us joined hands.. then the people standing 1 row in front of us turned arnd.. asked us wad exams were we gonna have.. so we told them dance exams.. and they all started laying hands n praying for us.. so cool please! indeed, all of us felt less fearful abt our dance exams after prayer meeting.. =D

anyways, i've been doing alot of packing n unpacking for the past few days and i found so many stuff! things i forgot that it ever existed..

Meteor Garden rocks please!! was browsing thru youtube when a thought of liu xing hua yuan came to my mind.. so i searched for it.. and guess wad.. im stuck to it! hahaha~ yes, im re-watching it all over again.. unfortunately, i gotta load it part by part.. o man.. dunno how long its gonna take me to watch everything.. ha! anyone has the VCDs?? i tink i lost my entire set of Meteor Garden 2! =( o well.. i'm going back to continue watching now.. woohoo~ i love dao ming si and shancai.. they're so cute please.. *zhu tou.da ben dan* muahas. mmm.. i tink after liu xing hua yuan.. i'm gonna search for ping chiong gui gong zi.. yay!! hahaha. i know, some of u are wondering since when did i becum so cheenah.. heh. =p

helped out at the new house today.. was supposed to meet up with proj. o for dance prac. at SMU in the afternoon.. but daddy needed lotsa help.. so had to give practice a miss =( mmm.. painting's all done.. did some cleaning up.. our new furniture arrived this aftnoon! yay~ i've got a new wardrobe and a new bed! coolness la..

the room's still looking very plain.. will be going down to Ikea soon.. wanna buy shelves and frames.. maybe a mini-notice board too..

our 'fireplace'! woohoo~ daddy's tinking of tiling bricks on the inside.. to make it look more realistic.. haha

i love this thing! but sadly, its going in to daddy's room..

mmm.. dance exams are in a week's time.. gosh.. i'm really praying hard that we'll all do well for it.. i'm working on my own choreo rite now.. but i'm still uncertain of which song to use!! ugh. was tinking of using front portion of 'Crowded'.. then mix it with either 'Promiscuous Girl' or 'SOS (rescue me)'.. mmm.. for promiscuous, i like the beat.. but the song's so common.. and i kinda find it hard to cum up with steps for it.. as for SOS, i find it easier to cum up with steps.. but pui is alrdy using it for her choreo.. o man.. how?! are there any other songs?? =

that's life
mmm.. there are bound to be a some people who appear in your life that are plain insensitive and ignorant.. yep. i've tried many times to not let the things these people say/do affect me.. however, it aint that easy.. i consider myself rather patient.. i would try my very best to not throw my temper in front of people.. so, as far as possible.. whatever these people say/do.. i'd just let it pass.. in a way suppress it.. then again, everyone has a certain limit to how much they can take.. and these people.. being totally insensitive.. they just go on and on.. saying and doing things that totally gets to you.. not knowing that you've already had enough.. ugh. even though i've alrdy reached my max.. i still continued supressing it.. since it was suppose to be a nice n friendly outing.. i didnt wanna blow my top and ruin the mood.. some others could alrdy tell that something was wrong.. but these people.. ha. they don't even have a clue.. yep.. and they went on at it throughout the nite..

before i went to bed that nite.. i just felt so much hurt and anger within me.. so when i came before God.. i just wept before Him.. letting it all out.. mmm.. words can be such a powerful weapon.. it can totally make you feel like you're on top of the world.. or it can simply make you feel utterly worthless.. ha. i guess i did feel very low about myself that night.. its really hard to not let words affect oneself.. mmm.. i kept crying out to God.. telling Him about my hurts.. asking Him, what have i done to deserve to be treated this way.. and its inevitable to not be angry towards those people who have hurt u.. but i really didnt want to.. because afterall, we're friends.. so i began to ask God to give me a bigger heart.. help me to forgive and forget.. let there not be any grudge held within my heart.. then slowly.. i began to feel better.. a load off my chest.. and i could sense God reminding me of His unfailing love.. a love so strong and deep that was demonstrated on the cross.. for me..

it then occured to me.. all that matters, is His love for me.. i need not seek approval from men.. so what if they constantly put me down with words.. it doesnt matter anymore..

i'm so mean.. i've neglected my blog for so many days.. hur. o wells.. i'm just gonna do a short entry for now.. mmm.. sunday's overdrive was great~ congrats to O crew and daniel once again!! they've made it to the next round, semi-finals! yay~ also, i've made a new fren, raizan! muahas. all thanks to nikz.. lolx. raizan's an awesome dancer please.. woohoo~ reggae king! heh. anyways, after overdrive.. the east people went to eunos for supper at the usual prata shop.. =)

mmm.. monday, met up with proj. o peeps at SMU for physical training and dance prac.. o yea, khye drilled us on our routines.. while pui drilled us on our across the floor.. yep! it was a fruitful day.. and since khye brot his video camera along.. we broke up into groups of twos.. group 1 (chewie + theresa = CHEWISA). group 2 (calynne + puiman = CAPUI). group 3 (nikz + khye = NIKHYE). group 4 (kenneth + tianwan = KENWAN). muahas!! then each grp would do the routine and we'd record it down.. end of the day.. we all watched the vids and spotted our mistakes.. ugh. i hate my nua hands!! -.- gotta keep it strong! so after practicing at SMU, the east peeps went for supper at prata shop again! o man~ every nite eat prata.. FAT~ -.- ugh.

on tuesday, the whole of project o decided to have a corporate fast from 6am to 6pm for our upcoming dance exams.. yep! met up with chewisa 4pm at cityhall for some shopping.. hee. chewie bot a new pair of adidas shoes!!! lovely~ heh. so we walked arnd til abt 5.30pm.. then, pui came to meet us.. and we walked over to SMU.. waited for the other princesses to arrive so that we can break fast together.. kenneth came.. then khye called and asked us to meet him at Kopitiam.. so the 5 of us left SMU and walked over to Kopitiam to find him.. wah~ dinner was so filling.. all of us felt so bloated.. ha. after dinner.. went back to SMU.. and i saw fadzley! a schoolmate of mine.. ha. so we said hi and i asked him if he's here to dance.. and he said yes.. o man! i din know he dances la!! also, he told me that he's practicing for DanceFloor competition.. haha. coolness~ and after awhile, raizan came!! and he's like fadzley's crew's choreographer can.. whoa~ power la! i saw them dancing.. *screams* i love the routine please~~ hehe. reggae rocks big time! :P anyhoos, for our own practice.. pui led us in warm-up.. wah~ she made us do those stretching that she does in school.. those ballet/contem stretching.. ha. kinda tortourous.. so we were doing doing doing.. then we tot we were done.. but she said.. "ok! now lets do left side.." hahahaha~ then we were all like "huh?! do so much and still not done ah?" lolx. but thank God she din make us do the pretzel thingy.. my goodness~ so scarey la.. u've gotta be like sooooo flexible to do it.. hahahaha. khye tried doing it.. and he ended up getting stuck in that position!! lolx. super funny la he.. muahas. mmm.. after warmup.. we drilled on routines and recorded them down again.. aiii.. so many things to take note of.. its like.. for carol's street jazz routine, our actions gota be sharp and whole.. we must know when to be strong and when to be soft and groovy.. as for gin's hiphop, the boogie routine.. its gotta be less bouncy and have more fixed and strong actions.. then the sexyback routine.. gotta be sharp and clear.. angles must be fixed and distinct too.. whoa~ dancing aint as easy as i thought..

mmm.. its really been physically and mentally draining for all of us.. and i have to admit.. there was once or twice.. a thought of giving up came into my mind.. but i didnt entertain that thought for long.. i'd always remind myself of the destiny that God has for me.. and that i would keep on keeping on no matter how tough its gonna be.. because in the end, all that hard work is gonna be worthwhile.. i would then visualize.. as i go to heaven one day.. God would be there.. patting my head and say "you have done well, my child" :)) yep! thats my motivation.. to walk according to God's plan n purpose for my life..

feelin' the stress.. @ 12:17 AM

here i am.. checking in ;))
woke up early today.. had breakfast with my family, then we went over to our new house.. i started painting my room already! ha. had paint all over my arms, legs and clothes can.. heh. but i only managed to paint the base coat cause i had to rush back home to bathe.. get ready and go down to o school for gin's class.. hmm.. was supposed to be there by 2.30pm for a lil practice.. but i was late! sorry theresa~ hur. cuz my parents dragged me along to the furniture store to select some stuff for the house.. ha. its fun shopping for furniture! we placed order for 2 wardrobes.. 1 shoe cabinet.. and a matching set of 2 chairs + 1 table.. heh. so after furniture shopping, daddy gave me a lift to o school :)) it was alrdy 3.30pm when i arrived.. lolx.
then at 4pm, it was gin's lesson.. she made us walk digonally across the studio today.. we had to bounce both upwards and downwards.. we did downwards 1st.. and after that, upwards.. its a little tougher than u tink it is ok.. ha. anyways, gin added another 2-eights to the 'sexyback' routine.. then, she made us dance 'the boogie that be' routine.. one at a time!! and like i mentioned in my previous entry.. when it comes to solo, i'm a nervous wreck! but thank God i managed to pull through it.. *phew* at the end of her class, she asked us to gather in a circle.. she'll play a song, and she wants us to go up one by one to do a solo freeestyle.. =\ i totally messed up on that one.. i seriously din know wad i was doing.. just kept repeating steps.. ugh. it was horrendous! my mind was in a blank.. sigh~ i felt like banging the wall at that very moment.. =X mmm.. but i tink that my moley partner, theresa did awesome for her freestyle.. o man.. she's da bomb la.. impromptu queen!
so after gin's class, khye sat us down and started to talk and share with us about some serious issue.. since dance exams are just around the corner.. he tinks that we should really put in our full effort for the next 2 weeks.. we've got alot to catch up with.. each of us have our own individual problems and weaknesses.. so he began telling us our faults in a nicely and suggested ways on how we should work on them.. and i really think that what he did was good.. cuz now that we know the area which we weak in, we're able to give it more attention and to really work on it.. jia you project o! lets do it with the spirit of excellence! we'll be meeting up for practices at SMU together.. and thanx nikz, for coming up with a schedule.. also, we'll be fasting every tuesday for our dance exams.. so my dear frens, do keep project o in prayers k? thanx alot! =) mmm.. i'm really feeling the stress now.. cuz its like, even during normal lessons when im asked to dance on my own.. i get coldfeet.. wads worse.. exam!! i really need the strength and grace of God to pull through this.. gotta keep praying.. for myself and for project o.. i really hope that we're all able to stay through the 9 months together.. lets work hard guys!! let there be no room for regrets!

yes, lets really work hard guys! i believe we can do it! ^-^ but also, lets not just keep dancing and end up neglecting our own spiritual lives.. we gotta continue seeking after God.. pray without ceasing!! and to also meditate on the word =D
after the briefing, we ended with a short prayer.. then, we decided to fellowship in o school.. we played the game 'Citadel' and we ordered macdonald's for dinner.. haha!

we had a blast! and aaron was being spastic most of the time.. he kept singing the 'dollar song' -.-

totally random
just finished playing yahoo pool with nik-z.. wah~ he thrashed me upside down can.. -.- the score.. Nikz: 3, Cal: 0 ugh. he stole so much of my rating.. then ran away to play CS with ter.. grrrr.. i lost 20++ worth of ratings to him.. sadness.. ha. but apart from that.. so far, its been a great week! from monday to wednesday, was at SMU with the usual peeps.. practicng our dance and stretching..

we're all so enthusisatic about doing splits.. so we all kept on stretching ;))

and we waved to the camera~
on thursday(HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHEWIE DARLING!!), met up with theresa, pui, kenneth n khye at plaza sing. for lunch/dinner before carol's class.. but b4 meeting them, i went over to douby ghaut exchange and bought myself a pair of shoes! yes! finally~

i actually wanted to black one, but they didnt have anymore stock of it in my size.. so i decided to get the brown 1 instead.. loves it! ^-^
so, the 5 of us ate subway.. left the place a arnd 6pm cuz we thought class was at 7pm.. ha! but when we arrived at o school.. carol asked us "how cum u're all so early today?" it was then we found out that her class would only be starting at 8pm.. muahas. but its alrite.. look at it on the bright side.. at least none of us were late f0r carol's lesson.. heh. also, we had so much fun playing n chatting with ryan aka oldman.. ha. he wrote this on the whiteboard at O-cafe..

he's so funny la.. and he showed us some things that he could do that not many others can.. such as using ur tongue to touch ur elbow (none of us could do that.. NOONE!!).. and doing the lotus leg fold thingy w/o using the help of ur hands.. whoa~ he could fold his legs over and over again without ANY difficulty.. ha. his bones are really flexible.. if u have the chance to watch him do streching.. u'll get the shock of your life.. especially when he's doing splits.. my goodness.. he can go beyond 180 degress! haha. then at 7pm, project o went to the back room and practiced carol's routine til it was about time for her class.. yay~ she added another 2-eights to the routine.. nice! but i gotta work on defining my angle.. must look sharp! must look whole! ugh. and my chaines!! i still cant get it right.. my spotting is too slow.. in which causes me to go all over the place.. looks horrid! =( God, please help me to be able to nail it before the dance exams.. please please please..
PS: while we were on our way to kopitiam for dessert after carol's class.. something happened.. ha! well, apparently.. a cockroach ran past us.. and SOMEONE (to protect this person's identity, names shall not be mentioned) started yelling and jumping around cause he (yes, its a HE) is afraid of cockroaches.. lolx! such a funny sight.. but the thing that really made me crazy was that.. just the night before.. this person was telling me how afraid of roaches he was.. and how he'd react whenever he sees one.. so i told him that i wish i could see the real thing 1 day.. to see his reaction when theres a cockroach near him.. cuz the way he described it.. retardedly funny.. especially when its a guy who's afraid of a lil roach.. ha! and true enough.. God made it happen.. wahahahaha~ but the sad thing is.. it wasnt only me who saw his super funny reaction.. every1 did! ha. poor fella.. i tink he's so embarressed now.. =X but its ok.. actually, every1 who was there that nite was afraid of roaches too!! but its just that.. the moment we saw u jumping n screaming.. our laughter took over the fear of roaches.. so we couldnt care less if the roach ran towards us cuz we were too engrossed in laughing our heads off =X

friday
had ryan's physical training class today.. but he calls it 'body conditioning' class instead.. haha. well, its a lil different today.. instead of spending the entire time working on our strectching.. we spent like 45mins on it.. and another 45mins doing across the floor.. mmm.. i always find it quite stressful to do across the floor.. especially when u're asked to do it one at a time.. which means, ALONE! and every1 else will be staring at u.. despite the fact that these people are your frens.. its still so scarey can.. im always conscious of how i'd look while doing it.. mmm.. always not very confident about it.. but i've got no other choice but to learn how to build up my confidence when doing across the floor.. cuz we'll be tested on this for our dance exams.. but yea.. its for my own good though.. it'll definitely help me to overcome my weakness.. and that is... i always look on the floor when i'm dancing/performing on stage.. i dunno why.. but i cant seem to look at the audience.. well, i can.. but it'll only last for awhile.. then i'll start looking at the ground again =\

yep! i believe i can.. because He is my source of hope! =D jia you cal! jia you project o! we'll make it thru our exams! heh. so after ryan's class.. we had a short break.. then it was time for cellgroup meeting! ha. we had round 2 of bible quiz.. once again.. guys against the girls.. at 1st, the guys were leading 7 to 1.. but when it was nearing to the end.. the girls caught up and we won!! yes! the girls team remained as the undefeated champion for bible quiz! muahas! ^-^ DN1's praise and worship is totally awesome! i tink that we're the only cellgroup that beatboxes during praise.. muahas. ;)) lets thank jacky for that.. and today's the 1st time that our beloved theresa is leading praise.. and i tink that she did a great job! =D woohoo~ way to go moley!! hee. today's message was a short 1.. about effective communication.. so after the message, bro. kenny wanted us to break up into pairs and start having conversations.. to let us all have open communication with one another.. so, he gave us a list of things to talk and share about.. ha. my partner is my dearest plankton! puii~~ heh. we started talking and sharing about those stuff on the list.. and when we were done.. we just kept going and going.. haha. o well.. once we start, we cant stop.. heh. it was until bro. kenny asked us to gather back then we had to really stop.. ha. i tink every1 else was having so much fun oso.. juz talking, sharing and listening about one another's lives.. its cool =)
when cg meeting ended.. we went outside for refreshments.. ha! the funniest thing happened! ok, if you didnt know.. kenneth's always the 1st person to reach the refreshment table.. lolx. whenever theres food, he'll just chiong.. ha. so today, ryan made kenneth fast for 10mins before he could start eating.. wahahahaha~ every1 else could start digging in.. but only kenneth couldnt.. and it was hilarious! cuz when we were all eating.. all he could do was to stare at the pizzas and mooncakes.. and we could see how hard he's trying to restrain his hands from reaching the food.. so ryan told him "its harder to fast when you keep staring at food.. so u better go somewhere else until ur 10mins are up" then, kenneth turned around so as to not look at the refreshment table.. ha! but sadly, when he turned behind.. its the O-cafe.. wahahaha! more food there.. so ryan asked him to go over to the counter area.. hahahahaha~ kenneth went over.. and poured himself a cup of water.. lolx. and when his 10mins were up.. he could have his share of pizzas and mooncakes.. muahas. so cartoon can.. all of us kept laughing like mad cuz of kenneth's expressions.. he made it look like its so hard for him to stay away from food for 10mins.. ha! also, he kept saying "wad if after i fast then no more food left for me how?" hahahaha. i really wonder how is he gonna make it thru a 12 or 24hr fast.. heh.
alrites, im done blogging.. guess i'll be turning in early tonite.. gotta go over to the new house tmr and start painting my room.. haha. yay! FUNtastic! then at 2.30pm, gotta be at o school for some practice before gin's class =D gd nites

just came home from dance prac. at SMU.. it was great!! danced sooo much today.. very fruitful! especially with such great company.. it was raving mad fun! =D project o practiced our jazz, street jazz and hiphop! we went through all of the routines over and over again.. we recorded our dance even! ha. we looked so synchronized when we danced gin's routine for the song "the boogie that be".. *screams* really very nice la! haha. all thanx to gin's previous lesson.. cuz she's actually very particular about the littlest stuff.. like say, when she wants our arm angle to be 45 degrees, it MUST be 45 degrees.. if not, she'll make us do it over and over again until all of us got it right.. tedious, but its great! its really because of it that we're able to synchronize our dance today.. ha. cuz in the last lesson, we kept going thru the steps like a million times.. so yep! all that hard work paid off =D hee.

and yes! congrats to all of them!! they made it to the quater-finals!! praise the Lord! ^-^ heh. they really did their thang out there on stage! awesome! will upload their vidz soon..
