Talent Timers~~
okie.. just came home from expo.. its the our last rehersal for both POS and Talent time.. heh. had a few positive comments on TRP's POS performance.. yeah baby~~~ ^^* TRP Oei~~ we'll win this year! muahas. anyhoos.. straight after POS rehersal is talent time rehersal.. all was good.. but yea.. i still tink that ghetto queen's standard is not there yet.. i know that we can do much better!! i just know it..

Sunday, POS 3rd Viewing
reached expo at 12.30pm for POS viewing.. today's supposed to be full dress rehersal.. but since our outfits are not completely done yet.. and also.. there are many whose measurements were taken wrongly.. some of their outfits are like too small/too short.. so TRP wasnt in full dress.. ha. but thank God my skirt is quite alright not to small nor not too short.. hopefully my top turns out fine as well.. hee.

Friday
went to sch at 8am for APEL2.. then after 15mins.. we were released -.- ha. waste time sia.. anyways.. after APEL.. we took train down to clementi for community service.. helped out at a home for the intellectually disabled.. at 1st.. all of ur were quite scared la.. duno wad will happen.. but after awhile.. we felt a little better.. some of them quite cute la! we played.. talked.. and danced together.. muahas. but there were some who were quite reserved.. they look really fierce sia.. always diao-ing people.. muahas. there was 1 guy.. always running arnd.. ha. poor baldwin.. he had to chase after him and tk care of him.. lol.. but overall it was a good experience =D

Thursday
went to bugis after school.. was raining like mad.. and i had to cross the road to get to bugis village.. well.. i was totally drenched when i was halfway across the road.. but thank God for favour.. there was this very nice couple.. they had an umbrella.. and they offered to share it with me since i din have 1.. phew~ hmm.. after arriving at bugis village.. went up to sinman's shop.. and she lent me her hairdryer to dry myself up.. ha. then after that.. ger, ger's fren and i combed the entire bugis village for our talent time outfit.. o man.. it was tough la.. couldnt find anything at 1st.. but in the end, we managed to buy this really cool black velvet jacket.. (the pic above) nice rite?? muahas.

days in school
term tests are nearing! o man.. next week itself i've got DBSY lab test and french test.. gotta lift it up to God liao.. cuz i dun tink i can make it on my own =\ seems like i've got no motivation to study at all.. hai~ y is this happening? really gotta wake up alrdy man! maybe can meet up with jeffrey soon to study together..
anyhoos.. took sum pics yesterday.. during our lunch break.. muahas. we were at IT school concourse.. lynette was supposed to show me some dance steps that she learnt.. ha. we were shy la.. to dance in front of sooo many ppl.. so we went to the end on IT sch.. since there wun be many ppl arnd that area.. ok. and we started dancing a little.. then after 45mins or so.. we left the place for lunch.. went down 1 level to flavours canteen.. jeffrey called out to me.. he was like.. "eh dancer!!" ha. den i juz laughed at him la.. cuz of some personal joke.. then he said sumthing that totally stunned me -.- he said "wah~ u dance there.. every1 can see sia.." then me, being slow.. asked him.. "wad thing?" and he pointed to the place where we were dancing.. and he said.. "down here glass leh.. every1 look up can see u dance la!" *pengz* i felt so dumb la.. how could we be so blur to not know that ppl in the canteen can see us?!!! ha. its kinda funny tho.. we wanted to avoid having alot of ppl watch us.. but in the end.. the entire flavours canteen can see la -.- how ironic.. lol.

hmm.. ended sch at 7pm today.. had french mock test.. quite tough sia.. but i tink if i study properly.. sure can make it de.. ;) so after sch.. went to busstop to tk bus.. and i met da 2 lovebirds there.. yes.. its lynette and timothy.. muahas. they're like INSEPERABLE can~ ha. anyways.. they took 69 with me! ^^* also, we took the same train.. they're going town.. and me, to JW church for dance practice.. muahas. and as usual.. nette and i acted retarded on the train.. weeee~ its bee so long since we had such spastic times together.. miss it man! aiii~ y muz we be split into different classes?! sadness.. hmm.. but then again.. maybe its a good thing.. cuz u met tim in ur new class!! haha. ok then.. i should be happy 4 u.. heh. woohoo! ha. it was fun beat boxing with u in the train!! hahahahahahaha~ and tim was so funny la.. ask him to beatbox with us but he dun wan.. lol.. but im sorry if nette ignored u the whole time cuz she was beatboxing with me! muahas. sorry la dude.. i dun get to spend much time with her anymore.. so i stole some time from u today.. heh. dun diu diu diu diu diu.. bom at me kae.. kinda love the way my life is right now.. almost everyday, its juz dance, dance and more dance! yeah yeah! juz came back from O school.. had finale dance practice.. so fun la! duno y also.. cuz yesterday, i was totally stressed out abt the dancesteps.. but today.. it turned out to be FUN-tastic! muahas. all 4 finalist teams came together for the dance.. simply rocks.. they were great! funny, wacky and TALENTED bunch of ppl.. hehe. too bad i din have a chance to record da dance down.. its so nice la!! aaron and ger are my diao-ing partner.. ha. so fun!! loves it.. cant wait for more practice tmr!! gotta brush up on our dancesteps.. keep it tight and synchronized.. jia you ghetto queens! it finally happened.. i've reached my limit.. i could no longer hold it in.. could no longer tolerate blunt comments.. i broke down.. wondering why are some ppl simply so insensitive.. whats more.. comments from people whom i'm close to.. does it mean that when u're close to someone.. u can overstep that boundary and say/do wadever u like? many a times.. i juz pass off those blunt comments.. i laugh it off.. trying not to let such little things affect me.. but guess wad.. it all adds up.. as time passes.. it accumulates.. juz like air in a balloon.. once its filled to the max.. it'll give way and burst.. yep.. thats wad happened.. burst..
meng.. thanx for being such a great fren =) u're simply the best.. thanx for lending me your ear when i'm down.. no words can describe how grateful i am.. u made me feel so much better.. really thank God for a friend like u..

Conference with Pastor Phil Pringle!!
wooooo~ i simply love Pastor Phil!

Da ultimate!
He's the Pastor of Christian City Church (CCC) in australia.. the 1st time i ever saw him was exactly 1 year ago.. it was also during a 3 day conference at church.. o man.. that conference transformed my life radically.. i could still remember every bit of it.. the CCC worship team's totally awesome.. they never fail to bring down the prescence of God.. ha. it's totally wonderful.. all 3 days of the conference.. i wept in God's prescence.. and the word that Pastor Phil brings forth is also totally impacting.. it really makes one convicted.. so i was really looking forward to his conference this week..

however, this year, i only managed to go for the 1st two conferences (they were both FANTASTIC by the way).. i missed the 3rd one cuz i was having a bad headache.. couldn't get out of bed.. aiiiii~ but its ok.. will be watching the service thru internet tonite.. thank God for technology! ^-^

and ya.. in both conferences, Pastor Phil preached abt 'The Spirit Of Prayer' it was awesome.. the way he describes how he gets up at 5am every morning for his quiet time totally impacted us.. and also.. how he enters into God's prescence, into the spiritual realm.. whoa.. it really makes me want to have the same kind of experience.. to have such a strong connection with God.. Pastor Phil says that praying isnt juz praying.. its to dwell in His prescence for hours and hours.. enjoying God's company =) He also said that in his entire life.. he's seen the holy spirit twice! whoa. its like after what he's told us.. it really convicts each and every1 of us to have a spirit of prayer.. that we want to have the same kind of intimate experiences he has with God..

and also.. way b4 Pastor Phil started preaching.. i tink it was on the offering message.. he said this "when you have a negative mindset, you won't be able to see your solution" in Luke 24, it talks about 2 of Jesus's disciples who were deeply distressed abt the death of Jesus.. their thoughts were so negative that they din even know that God was right there in front of them.. whoa. after hearing this, i realised that God is simply awesome.. He never fails to encourage me when i'm down =) *loves* so from now.. i gotta change my negative mindset! jia you~

school
in school lab rite now.. am dead bored.. having yet another break.. by right i'm supposed to be on my way home la.. but cuz of public holiday on monday.. gonna have mae up lessons.. aiii~ suppose to end at 8pm today.. ha. but i have to leave at 4pm for bible study at church office.. so too bad.. i'll be skipping 1 hour of lec and then will be going for another make-up tutorial next week for missing today's CMSK2 -.- ugh. kinda hate school now.. haha. the modules i take are sooooo irritating.. muahas. driving crazy.. but its alrite.. guess i'll juz have to take it slowly.. by God's grace.. i'll be able to make it.. =D hmm.. i simply love dancing!! woohoo~ its all thats on my mind right now.. ^^* but there'll be alot of practices from this week onwards.. pray hard that all will turn out fine.. POS, talent time, combined dance with other finalists.. gotta maximise my capacity! be a spiritual rubber band.. stretch! jia you cal =)

had a serious case of cramps this afternoon -.- its so sickening can.. aiii~ hate this time of month.. goodness.. if next month's visit is also on the 1st week of june.. i'm gonna be soooo dead.. cuz emerge conference in from June 1 - 4 =\ how am i possibly gonna perform with a bad case of cramps.. o man.. gota pray real hard that either it comes late next month.. or it doesnt cramp at all.. anyhoos.. woke up late this morning.. was supposed to meet jeremy and ah ger 9am at bedok stadium to support our members at the triathelon.. ha. in the end.. the 3 of us couldnt wake up on time.. so yeah.. at abt 12pm.. meng cabbed down to my place to pick me up then cabbed down to stadium.. which is like so near to my place la.. ha. and i din even noe =X o and meng got lost in bedok cuz both he and the taxi driver are blur.. dun noe where my blk is.. so they ended up rounding in bedok.. ha. waste money sia.. hmm.. we arrived at stadium and the event ended.. lol. heard that they (aman, zhao and melvin) did quite well for the extreme sports.. yay~ lets have more finalists in our cellgrp! woohoo~ then, we all went for lunch at bedok mac. there was me, meng, aman, zhao, melvin, kelvin and brother eugene.. after lunch.. meng and i took train down to bugis to meet ger and andrew.. ha. he's botak! hmm.. we walked arnd bugis street.. and we also dropped by chris's new shop at bugis village level 2. its called rainbow street.. they've got some really nice stuff there!! and the things there are really quite cheap.. wooooo~ ger and i miss chris la.. ha. he's so shuai can.. lol. and a fantastic dancer!! hehe. wanna thank him also for helping us choreo our dance.. ^-^ hmm.. after bugis street.. we went to bugis junction for neo prints! ha. its been donkey years since i last took a neoprint la.. lol. but it was fun.. the machine's kinda cool.. there's like bars for us to climb like monkeys.. ha. but only ah ger did that.. muahas! she's so cute la.. heh. actually i was supposed to stay in bugs til 7pm to meet pingping.. but.. those darn cramps got me going crazy.. the pain was unbearable.. tink i scared jeremy sia. ha. so i decided to go home and rest.. and so nice of meng to send me home in a cab.. =D thanx meng! u're the best liao.. hehe. so i got home and took a short nap.. feeling much better now.. thank God for that =)
