Jump & Turn
ok~ juz came home from jump and turn lesson with O dancers.. it was torturous! ha. so much worse than ryan's warm ups can~ and dun be fooled by the name 'Jump & Turn'.. it aint as easy as it sounds k! lolx. our instructor's name is ee-ching.. she's cool.. like the way she dances.. ha. but sadly, its so not me!! yes, as many or u may know.. i'm not the kind of girly girl.. i'm super chor lor(rough).. ha. yep! so doing this kinda dance was quite a challenge.. cuz you gotta look very graceful while doing pirouettes and jumps!! muahas. I'm Cal, the UNGRACEFUL! and you know what!! there were guys who danced so much more gracefully than me! whoa~ *respect* they're good man! XYZ was one of them.. never knew he was so zai in jazz cuz he's got that super hip hop style.. and yet he can dance so gracefully!! totally coolness~ hmm.. i tink i looked really ugly while dancing juz now.. wahahaha! but it was kinda fun though.. just that the warm up itself kinda killed me.. heh. my legs were shivering.. thighs n butt were cramping.. o man~ gotta jia you already.. gonna try to stretch n do splits at home!!

we learnt this! its kinda hard to find my center.. kept losing balance.. ugh~ wad can i say.. i'm a noob.. but i'll train!! (^^,)v.
we learnt to do pirouettes too! pui's favourite.. haha. but i cant seem to spot -.- which causes my turn to be all over the place.. =( asked XYZ to teach me.. but i still couldnt get it.. ha. train train train!!!

ha. we learnt a jump that's something like this (the simpler version).. but the outcome of our jump doesnt look anything like the 1 in the pic though.. muahas.
once again, XYZ nailed the jump.. ha. he was practically flying la!! you can see that he actually pauses in the air while others have alrdy landed.. o man.. he's darn zai~ anyways, after lesson.. we were all discussing of how we can train to improve.. then, one by one.. they started giving retarded ideas.. ha! some said during cellgroup meeting, instead of sitting on the floor.. we'll all be doing splits.. then during praise, we'll do jumps (as above) and during worship, we'll all do the balance on 1 leg thingy (1st pic above) muahas! they're all so crappy la.. i tink spending the next 9mths with them are gonna be totally fun filled! hees. o and yesterday, all of us went down to O school for some mediacorp filming.. wong li lin, hosan leong and chong jing (if i din remeber his name wrongly) were there.. li lin's the host, while hosan and chong jing were the dancers! ha. both of them had to learn how to dance hiphop.. then we had to be their supporters.. whoever that has the most supporters, wins! ha. so u'll probably see our faces on tv for a few seconds.. lol. but b4 filming.. O dancers played some games (handiplast & wo de yi mao qian).. FUNtastic! but i was kinda tortured tho.. sat beside theresa n aaron.. both of them dun gif face 1 la.. just whack only sia!! ha. even until this morning my leg was still red.. all thanx to aaron.. he seriously whacked super hard la.. grrr.. anyway, they're a real fun bunch of ppl to be with.. and our source of entertainment is to watch aaron & theresa have their never ending debating sessions.. it comes in a few versions too! there's the english slang, the hong kong slang and the indian slang.. ha. super funny can.. yay~ these 9mths will be great! =) really thank God for such an awesome opportunity.. also, for such wonderful people in my life :)) *blessed*
